Why was I immediately charged an amount when signing up with a credit/debit card?

It's for verification purposes. When you sign up for the free trial we will charge a small amount (up to $2.00) from your card to verify it is operational and valid. The amount will be immediately refunded when you cancel the account.

Can I sign up for more than one account?

No, only one account per credit card/ email is allowed.

The movie is not working, why?

If you are using an older browser, check the flash plugin to watch movies. If your problem maintains, please contact us and describe it in detail.

How do I turn on/ off the subtitles?

At the moment, some movies have subtitles and some do not, but you can not turn them on or off.

I can't find the movie I am looking for.

Not all movies are available in all countries, but we are constantly working on expanding the movie database as much as possible.
